Bottled Water

In 1989, Aqua-Fine, Inc. saw a low cost alternative for high quality drinking water for the general public.

By incorporating the water treatment equipment offered to both the residential and commercial markets, Aqua-Fine, Inc. was able to produce Purified Drinking Water through the Reverse Osmosis Process using all EcoWater Systems filtration equipment.

With our state of the art equipment, we are licensed by the State of Michigan to produce and bottle our drinking water in both three and five gallon bottles.

You are invited to pick up your drinking water in our self service area or we offer convenient delivery schedules for your home and business. We also offer a self service faucet for our customers to fill their own one gallon containers.

We offer this service and quality drinking water at a minimal price to the general public, as low as 35 cents per gallon. We feel everyone has the right to have good quality drinking water.

Our Process is Simple
We don’t make the water. We make the water better!

Our source water comes from Lake Michigan, the largest fresh water lake in the world, not from a well. Holland’s Municipal Water Treatment Plant, which meets all State and Federal guidelines for safe drinking water, processes it first.

As the source water enters our filtering process, it is first filtered through a coconut shell carbon filter. This removes the Chlorine that was added to stop bacteria growth.

The water is then passed through a water softener and a 5 micron sediment filter to remove any lime, calcium and iron.

The next step is the purification process, reverse osmosis. It is this process that removes 95 to 99 percent of the Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) left in the water. This includes sodium and floride and various other minerals. This measurement is in parts per million. Our source water starts at 136 parts per million (ppm) of Total Dissolved Solids. Our bottled water tests at 4 Parts Per Million of TDS.

Before the purified water enters the two 500 gallon food grade sealed containers, it is passed through an ultraviolet sterilizer. Here at Aqua-Fine, Inc. we have been using this process since day one. It is only now that the federal government is considering this to be required for all bottled water operations.

The purified water is then circulated with ozone added to insure that it stays pure and bacteria free. It is electronically monitored for your protection.

We bottle on a daily basis with date stamping on all bottles. This ensures you the freshest bottled water daily.

You can taste the difference!
